Short weeks for the win # 2

Just four days in work this week. A most agreable state of affairs. I contend that the lack of mondays contributes greatly to my happiness and productivity here. I'd write a memo to the boss but I don't fancy laughter at my expense this early in the morning. My friend and co-worker Grace is gone to Prague for a few days with her boyfriend. They both live with me in our house (along with the two other girls, also my friends). Come to think of it it's pretty obvous that I have no problems living with friends as I've heard others mention recently. Anyway, every morning before work we're invariably delayed because of Grace doing whatever it is women do in the mornings. Before I'm labelled sexist or whatever, she has agreed with this many times. It doesn't bother me, I'm in no hurry to get into work. I'm usually all set to go for about ten minutes before she is. Isn't it typical that one of the few mornings that she isn't there I sleep in? It seems we are just not meant to be in work on time lately. Fortunately no-one that notices our lateness cares and those that would care never notice. ^_^

I had a pretty fun weekend, largely spent in the company of my lovely girlfriend. Just for the hell of it we decided to sleep outside in a tent on saturday night. Brought back a lot of fun memories from being on holiday last year. We had a great air matress to sleep on so it was really comfortable. Most cosy. Busy enough few days ahead so I guess I better crack into my work. Later.

Living with friends isn't always bad. I just brought it up as a caution against blindly rushing into it. Especially at a really young age. If the parties involved know what they are getting into, it can be a pretty comfortable situation.

Sleeping outside sounds kind of fun. I doubt I would really like it that much, but I should really give it a try sometime just to be sure. :D

It was really cosy, it was raining outside, not heavily, just enough so you could here the rain pattering on the tent.
